All Goods are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty. The return cost is at the expense of the purchaser.

Before returning your product for inspection the customer must submit a request in writing via email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it requesting a warranty return number.

The customer will be advised within 7 business days of their warranty return number which must be attached to the product which is being returned for warranty conisderation.

Once the product has been inspected a replacement item will be dispatched to the customer if the item is found to be defective.

Also, a copy of the original invoice must acompany the item when returned for warranty inspection.
